Oh thats hard considering there are so many different things that would be 'worthy' of being talked about. I guess what I would pick to talk about is treating people and ourselves even right and living life to the fullest. Which I know sounds really simple but it's really important. Plus, based on whats going on in the world right now I think we'd need it. I'll try and make this as short as possible.
 
Like how you shouldn't say "Just get over it, other people in the world have it worse than you. So you shouldn't be sad because you're lucky to have the life you do." to someone when they're upset. Don't you think they've thought that? That's not supportive either it'll just make them feel worse for being sad. Partly because you didn't get to pick what family and life you got born into, and two because that's like saying "Well why are you happy? Sure you just got engaged and all and that's great but this kid just survived cancer. CANCER. What do you have to be happy about?" Because you can't compare happiness so why should you be able to compare sadness.
 
Plus sometimes you need to be sad and cry it out sometimes. But other times you should realize what you're crying about in a few months will seem stupid when you look back on it. So yes you should have the right to feel sad sometimes and cry all day if you want. But, just like other times you need/should realize what you're crying about isn't really important and you are lucky to have gotten the life that you did; because no matter how shitty it seems now someone else out there would love to have the troubles that you do. The grass is always greener on the other side.
 
You've also gotta just treat yourself better. Being happy is hard but it helps if you aren't calling yourself dumb and ugly - even if that's hard - and adding to your unhappiness. And, lastly that every problem can be fixed. Some as easy as going to bed earlier or stopping contact with people who bring you down. Others not so much and could involve a whole life overhaul or moving across the world. But every problem can be fixed with will-power/effort and time. Crazy fact: Everyone who has survived jumping of the San Francisco Bridge and has been interviewed all have said that half way down they realized that the things they thought they couldn't control and what they felt were making their own lives unbearable could be fixed.
 
MY QUESTION FOR YOU: This world is full of people who do good. And my question to you is what good have you done for someone - not because you were told but because you felt bad, wanted to help, stood up for someone, or were just being nice - and how they reacted to your help?

Oh and side note on the set this song has been stuck in my head since I heard it and they lyrics aren't exactly in order because there are a few in between each of them. So they aren't all in a row but they were just three that I really liked so I put them in this order to fit the set and the song really goes good with what I answered the question with. The girl on the left is alive the same girl on the right is in the future and is like fading/dying.
